Health Integrated Multisectioral Development (HIMD)
The association HIMD (Health Integrated Multisectioral Development) in Arusha / Tanzania strives for the girls from the Maasai tribes. There, unfortunately, female circumcision is still common.
We support Mackrine Rumanyika, the founder of the association. Together with the Maasai women's groups, she is trying to prevent circumcision and expand school opportunities for the girls.
