Contact Us
If you contact us via the form on our website or by email, we will store the information you provide for six months to process your inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We will not share this information without your consent.
Newsletter
You have the option to subscribe to our newsletter through our website. To do so, we need your email address and your consent to receive the newsletter. You can cancel your newsletter subscription at any time via the newsletter management section on our website or by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our newsletters. We will then immediately delete your data related to the newsletter distribution in accordance with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). After that, you will no longer receive any communications from us. Please note that if you have multiple newsletter subscriptions, you must unsubscribe from each one individually.

Our website uses features provided by the web analytics service Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043. This involves the use of cookies, which enable an analysis of how users interact with the website. The information generated in this way is transmitted to the provider’s server and stored there. You can prevent this by configuring your browser so that cookies are not stored. We have entered into a corresponding contract with the provider regarding commissioned data processing. Your IP address is collected but immediately pseudonymized (e.g., by deleting the last 8 bits). This means that only a rough geolocation is possible. The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on an adequacy decision by the European Commission (e.g., in the case of the U.S.: “Privacy Shield”).
Data processing is carried out in accordance with the legal provisions of Section 96(3) of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) and Article 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our purpose, within the meaning of the GDPR (legitimate interest), is to improve our services and our website. Because we value our users’ privacy, user data is pseudonymized. User data is retained for a period of 26 months.
Your Rights
You generally have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, withdrawal, and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection rights have otherwise been infringed, you may file a complaint with the supervisory authority.
