So k\u00f6nnen sie ihr volles Potenzial entfalten und selber zu einem positiven Wandel in ihren Gemeinschaften beitragen.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00dcber die finanzielle Unterst\u00fctzung hinaus zielt das Projekt darauf ab, F\u00fchrungsqualit\u00e4ten, Lebenskompetenzen und Selbstvertrauen bei den Teilnehmerinnen zu f\u00f6rdern.
