We maintained personal contact with all of them, which allowed us to consistently monitor their long-term impact. In 2021, a scholarship recipient in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania\u2014Alphonce Leonard\u2014founded a small learning center with friends in a poor neighborhood of the city. This has since become our primary focus. The center, called \u201cYouth Crossing Boundaries,\u201d is expanding through a network that reaches into Burundi and the Congo. This is covered on this website.     <\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\">A second area of focus has emerged in Ethiopia. Here, too, it involves specific individuals: Fr. Endale Haile Fereja, OFMcap, and Fr. Mulugeta Woldemeskel Kirato. They work in Vienna and support these projects in their home country.  <\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400\">Thanks to our many international contacts, we regularly receive requests for assistance.
